The Early Bird registration price sells out every year for this Landlord Convention. Early Bird Registration for Primary Attendees is $349 (Save $100). Regular registration is $449. Early bird Registration for a secondary attendee (spouse or a guest)is only $249 (save $100) For a limited time and for a limited number, special post-covid pricing is available. Save an additional $50 off both the primary and secondary price. Registration includes:

Excitement for this year’s event is growing with anticipation even before the official announcement was made, and with limited seating we anticipate that this year we will sell out again. Everyone must register in advance. Seats are NOT available at the door. Please note: There are a limited number of discounted seats available for post-covid pricing, and Alumni. VIP NETWORKING LUNCHEON

Our VIP Networking Luncheons at Convention is one of the favorite traditions of many attendees.

Several of those attending this year have emailed or called us asking: “Are you guys doing the VIP Networking Luncheon again this year?”

In fact a few who have come before know that the VIP Luncheon seating is limited so they have already told Barbara in my office to just go ahead and put their names down on the list to make sure they get a seat at whatever the special pricing will be.

Good News! The hotel has agreed to offer us a special banquet price for the select number of our “VIP” attendees, for a special VIP Networking/Luncheon package, which will include a full buffet lunch for all 3 days. The price for the first ones who sign up is $119.95 (with dessert:) and price includes all taxes and tips. The price will soon go to $149.95.

For those who have never attended our events, let me just say that two of the main reasons why many prior attendees have liked our VIP Networking/Luncheons: 

1) Since we only have one hour for lunch, eating right at the host hotel is extremely convenient. 

2) Most importantly, the VIP luncheons allow for an added extra networking opportunity to informally get to know and exchange ideas with other successful landlords from across the country.
