We will be coming together again at the Columbus Airport Marriott Hotel. For those joining us at the upcoming Landlord Convention, we have a special hotel group rate of $118 per night. I would encourage you to reserve your sleeping room as soon as possible because each year the hotel sells out of guest rooms prior to our Convention and the rates go up as we get closer to the date. The standard room rates are already $160 per night or higher.

With the reservation provided, the default option for the dates being reserved start on Wednesday, June 5th and go for 4 nights, thru Saturday night, with departure on Sunday June 9th. If you wish to change those dates, simply be sure to select the dates you prefer.

For planning purposes, the Convention will start on 8 am on Thursday morning, June 4th . For those who arrive the day before, there is usually an informal meet and greet at the host hotel on Wednesday evening, June 3rd at 6pm. The Convention formally concludes at 5pm on Saturday, June 6th.
In order for our group to have a block of rooms at the special price, we had to commit and guarantee so many rooms. We ask therefore that during the Convention, if you would, please stay at the host hotel, the Columbus Airport Marriott, which is where all the informal get-togethers and late night sharing will take place:)
